Multiple day trial before the Probate Commissioner representing petitioner alleging invalidation of Trust Amendment as a result of incompetency and/or undue influence. Decision in favor of petitioner obtained.

Multiple day trial before Probate Commissioner representing petitioner alleging invalidation of revisions to an estate plan which substantially reduced the distributions of the Decedent’s only child in favor of his former spouse. Decision in favor of petitioner obtained.

Trial before Probate Commissioner representing a respondent to a will contest in which it was alleged the Decedent’s Will was a forgery. Decision in favor of the respondent and Will was admitted to probate.

Trial before Probate Commissioner representing a petitioner seeking to remove a trustee, compel an accounting, require delivery of misappropriated assets, and, for damages relating to breaches of fiduciary duty. Decision in favor of petitioner and damages awarded in excess of $70,000.00.
