Lester A. Berman Biography
Attorney Lester A. Berman has over thirty-seven years of litigation experience and is recognized for his work in the real estate litigation and transaction fields. He has represented clients in all types of real estate matters, including commercial real estate, commercial leasing, landlord and tenant law, residential leasing, disputes with HOAs, disputes between real estate licensees, and licensees at arbitration/mediation. From a simple landlord-tenant dispute to complex commercial real estate litigation, Attorney Berman advocates for his clients and has a proven track record of success in and out of the courtroom. He earned his law degree from the University of Arizona and his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University. He has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 1980. Les is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney, signifying a pre-eminent legal ability rating and a very high general recommendation rating from others in his field.
Prior to joining Drizin Law, Les had his own practice for 18 years. “It was a unique opportunity to join Lee with his expanding practice. Questions frequently arise in guardianship relating to title, conveyance, and encumbrance of the guardianship estate so our combined real estate litigation experience is a valuable asset to our clients.” Les also has experience representing creditors in Bankruptcy court. He is a former Justice of the Peace, Pro-Tem, Las Vegas Township, a Former Short Trial Judge and Former Arbitrator for District Court-Annexed Arbitration program.
