Real Estate Courses Held Throughout Nevada
Attorney Lee Drizin has been offering free continuing education classes to area Real Estate agents for years. But 2018 saw him expand his reach to Mesquite, Pahrump, and Boulder City. “We were very pleased to travel outside the immediate Las Vegas area. Our courses were well received and in addition to obtaining free continuing education, I was able to meet many experienced agents in the state” Drizin said.
Drizin has an extensive background in real estate, probate and guardianship law and often represents agents in GLVAR matters. He teaches four courses for credit covering issues such as Powers of Attorney, Transfer of Real Property after Death, Real Estate Sales in Probate and Guardianship and Disclosure Issues.
The courses offered are for both 1 hour and 3 hour continuing education credits, in addition Drizin offers a non-CE credit course called Meth, Mold and Marijuana. “I enjoy giving back to the business community, and it not only helps the agents, but it offers me a fresh perspective of the legal issues occurring in the residential market” Drizin said.
